Terms of Service

By accessing or using EZ Tunnel ("the Service"), provided by EZ Game Host ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EZ Tunnel provides localhost tunneling services that allow users to expose local development servers to the internet via secure tunnels. The Service includes the eztunnel CLI, web dashboard, and REST API.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Paid plans with SLAs are subject to separate service level agreements.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is owned by EZ Game Host. You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Game Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
